AMEE, the leading medical association for medical schools, with a thousands of members on five continents, has recognized the Practicum Foundation unique approach to medical education with some space during its annual conference in Vienna. This year’s annual conference, AMEE 2019 included two studies focused on the training of clinical reasoning skills, which represented the perfect occasion to present preliminary results about the international project for medical students known as Practicum Universities.

On Monday, our academic secretary, Dr. Eduardo Pleguezuelos, presented a poster about the pilot application of the clinical reasoning training programme Practicum Script at undergraduate level and, on the day after, Matthew Lineberry, director of simulation research at the University of Kansas (USA), gave a brief speech on script concordance testing.
